  • The Place of No-mind - Mooji (Not attached to any experience) - YouTube

  • 3 people need a hug.

  • "And then..." is just another thought. An experience. Its only 'charge' is belief. Which is itself a further, albeit subtle, thought experience.

Thank you for posting these videos.

  • i wonder what he has to say about sex. i have this notion that sex is some forbidden thing in a spiritual pursuit for lack of better terms

  • Man, I love snow crab legs.

  • One of the most peaceful excepts on non-attachment/wu wei/cleansing the mind's outlook I have ever heard. Many thanks for this post, and the 'temperature-less' warmth it holds! ...okay - I'll leave the non-dualistic analogies to this guy. :-)

  • I would put it like this; Don't "identify" with your experiences or thoughts, but rather with the field/principal of awareness in which experiences, thoughts and things appear. Abhinavagupta noted that, "The being of all things that are recognised in awareness [including their ‘self-being’] in turn depends on awareness.” Therefore, simply recognize there never was a "being" in posession of awareness, but that we are all "That" same clear, pure light of awareness experiencing itself as us.

  • This doesn't mean to force those feelings away...but to lose attachment and let them go when they go... don't hold on with your mind

  • peace!!!

  • "dont attach to any experience..." Beautiful.thank you

  • Agradeço imensamente as traduções!

  • In my mind, I see myself in a trance or dream, with nothing at all around me. I feel that I am because "I" am. without me, the one who dreams of this reality of self and life, there would be no me, the one who is imagined by even I

  • @cspace1234nz did't know he took money for this...but even if he does it doesn't change anything except for the way you percieve it.

  • No mind - no place

  • It is not a state.... It is what it just is... no definition.

  • We're so used to feeling the experience that, when we witness the truth, we don't believe it's the truth, because feelings can't identify with it. When we witness the truth of ourselves, we don't believe it. It's beyond what can be taught. Only I can explain I.

  • Thank you

  • Thank-you Mooji. This is exactly what I needed to see and hear at this time. Thank-you so much!

  • qewbgvuqewv uiehrugw4eierhig When you realise deeply that now is all you have ever got or rather now is all there is ,you awaken...it is that simple a subtle joy arises in your awareness and you know that you are home, that is all....

  • yes but it usually comes at a real low point, and your like...this is it??=( followed by emotions but then the light turns on and yes YES THIS IS IT, THIS IS ALL IT EVER WAS, AND WILL BE =))

  • noone is attached to any experience ever. the attachment is only seemingly real.

there is also no past. The past is only a reference point to re-capture memory. some of which is unconscious. Memory and time is one and the same. neither can exist without the other. time is filled with memory and memory would not be without time.

Attachment to experience is actually a re-call of memory evoking sensations in the body.

  • "You are the tasteless taste which neither comes or goes"; Sounds fair enough;)

  • The past is dead, never to return except to the mind.

  • Experience is based on past. If you are always referring to the past experiences in the now, then you recreate the past in this moment. ;)

  • perhaps we seek the one for the experience and so we do not fade away as we'll be whole

  • .org

  • Wow, good example he gave about 5 minutes in. Good work.

  • Yes he is smoking Joy always

  • Well, these are all great ideas; though his ideas bring up some questions. Who does he think he is with his limits telling us that we shouldn't hold on to any information? Its like telling us not to put an effort. Without relevant information am I more likely to fail? Would I end up being brainwashed into some thief? Aren't you recording this information in a video? People around me have hurt me because I wasn't informed; it took me years to learn.

  • His ideas are great and are an opposing side to fit the ones above, yet he could have talked more about the information side of his argument about experiences. I actually think now were talking about two different subjects and this comment doesn't belong here.

  • well he is talking about a concept wich is beyond learning and personal concerns.

And eventually this youtube video and his ideas even ...:-) hope this was enough for you to understand!:-)

    thnx

  • intensely seeking no-thing, and even this is watched!!?! what a ride!

  • beatiful

  • I have been having experiences for shorter periods then that, hours. There seems to be some sort of tennis match going on inside my head. Like there is something say good/bad and I watch this, but it seems like i get hung up on the bad experiences longer. How do you get out of this? any help would be appriciated.

  • hi arnesonj25

who wants to get out of this ?do you believe you are a object being into someting, with the possiblity to get out of your self.find the I you think it is in trouble.wanting to escape is although hell .aks your self like a meditation: who is experiencing? .listen to what you are not to what you maybe think you are.this are just pointers pointing to your true nature in which nothing and everything appears ,never coming never leaving.alloha tikitiki taro

  • Witnessing happens. The problem is that we believe that we are separate individuals doing the witnessing. When we learn that there is no one there witnessing, that witnessing just happens by itself, identification with good/bad experiences is finished. Until then, it may be helpful to allow the "bad" to be. Be present with the "bad" rather than rejecting it. The human tendency is to reject the bad and hold on to the good. What we resist persists. Also continue searching for this "witness"

  • Witness:D

  • lol true words
