THE TRAILER LOOKS GREAT BUT.....having a terminator movie without THE COOL AND AMAZING Arnold Schwarzenegger is like to have a penis without balls. they should have waited for when Arnold was done with his other job!! or at least used Roland Kickinger (Austrian Actor/Bodybuilder) and used Edward Furlong (T2) who is all grown up now to play John C again...and not Christian Bale who doesn't have the right Hero image! I didn't think he was a good Batman either.

Dude you'r soooo wrong! yes T3 could have had a better ending but it was still a very cool movie. And without Arnold this isn't going to be that good. He is the most interesting actor I have ever seen! Arnold will come back to acting! He said so himself in an interview and that is not just because he wants to have more fun with the acting career but also because people a screaming out to him "ARNOLD COME BACK ARNOLD COME BACK!!!"

T3 had no suspense. It wasnt dark. It was too generic and like any other action movie, just with the terminators in it. It felt nothing like T1 or T2 where you felt hunted the entire movie.

I agree. T3 didn't have the same feel to it as T1 and T2 did. I saw Terminator Salvation last night, and it had that dark feeling to it, there was alot of suspense.

There was that constant worry during the movie for the characters, many eye widening 'oh my god' moments.

In the Terminator series, I put T3 at the bottom.

They DID use Roland Kickinger...and they CGI'd arnold's face in. What's everyone's deal, this movie is supposed to be the events leading up to the T-800s creation. Also, it's ENTIRELY different from T1 and T2...it's a separate, new, intriguing storyline that has to lay out the framework for T1...

Go check out pizza hut's website. They are promoting it, and it says in the bottom left of the screen and netflix even says that it is rated PG-13. Face it, Warner's has just pulled off the same shit that FOX did to Die Hard 4.

After Watchmen, this was never going to be rated R, but why it so important, T2 is barely an R by todays standards and look at Dark knight, that was a very dark and menacing film and yet rated PG-13

Dont get me wrong I would like it to be R as well, but I gues since I've always though it wouldn't be, its not really a shock now. And Terminator is an R rated franchise and its been changed for money as you said but if they can deliver a good film, I'd take that over blood and guts and swearing. And fingers crossed whenever the DVD comes out there will be an unrated cut.

From what I heard, McG is bringing out a director's cut when the dvd comes out. Look I am not going to hold it against you guys for seeing it. I am just dissapointed that we have another R-Franchise like Aliens, Predator, Die-Hard and now this. Being watered-down just so that they make sure their pockets aren't lite. That is why I am not seeing this unless we get a R-Rated Director's cut on dvd or possibly if they do an unrated dvd I might rent it and see what I think.

dude relax ur judging the movie before it has even come out. i myself am a huge terminator fan, yes i was hoping it would be rated R but its not. and because its not, does not mean its gonna blow. look at the Dark Knight, pg13 and i thought it was a very dark film. terminator salvation looks like its going back to its roots in t1 and t2, something t3 failed miserably in doing. movie hasnt come out yet, lets judge it after we have seen it. cheers.
