I find it ironic they let Zev & Justin return, but not Toni & Dallas. Come on, both teams also got eliminated over lost passports, but why choose Zev & Justin and not Toni & Dallas? Ridiculous. Also, why choose Flight Time & Big Easy, it was their own fault they quitted the roadblock -.- They should give Eric & Lisa the chance, they were eliminated right at the starting line and didn't get a chance at all, unlike all the other teams.

I finally knew the reason Micheal and Kevin was not in this unfinished business. Do you realize that all of the teams does not break rules which means facing penalty in the season for the first time, (apart from Flight Time and Big Easy who was unable to complete the road block, thus facing 4 hr penalty). Thus Michael and Kevin faced 1 hr penalty for hiring taxi to their next destination and took a taxi to spilled blood. Russia. Thus this reasons made them not in this seasons.

I don't know why they didn't bring back Team Jumba. They're fan favorites and they made a really fatal mistake that caused a 1 hour penalty and their elimination.
