I had gotten far on my other bully save file but i made a new one because some tattoo glitch messed up my character -.- it sucks.

yes, but that dont mean you get away with all crimes, it only allows you to get away with tresspassing and violating curfew. If you make it known youre there, (ie hitting a prefect, then you will get busted)
