  • OMG Sean Masterson!!!! :D Like if he brought you here :)

  • MERCEDES !!!!

  • When i was in high school ( 14 years age ) i saw this Commercial in my Brother Computer , since that days i am waiting for this commercial to watch again now i am in late 22 , today i watch this commercial again . I LOVE MERCEDES BENZ . Kiss

  • Complete and utter drivel - I don't see how this could appeal to anyone aged over 11 years old. Well done Mercedes.

  • Toyota sucks, I go for the German car!

  • Cool video thanks - have favourited on our channel here - we favourite the best brand videos on youtube. Cheers

  • VW and Mercedes ads were always fun to watch. you dont get much of these on TV though.. but if every commercial on TV would be as good and original as these ads wouldnt be so annoying.

  • i dont think i wanna buy that car...: /

  • oooh so thats where the amg sound comes

  • it's interesting how completely different Daimler makes their commercials for the US and Europe... you would never see this commercial in Europe/Germany, it's always much more subtle

  • I Was at A Auto Show And There Was a Slogan: "You Won't Believe What's Under The Hood!"

  • hehehe It's somewhat true, i've driven one of these before and it's Monstrous !

  • WoW, what an clip.

    Brilliant...

  • Wow! cool commercial

  • Some Facts to clear up this mess. I'm german and unless I'm very much mistaken:

    - The minimal Speed our Autobahns is 60km/h.

    - The recommended speed for the unlimited parts is 120km/h

    - 65% is limited, mostley to 120km/h, 100 km/h or in the rain to 80.

    - The other 35% is indeed unlimited. In theory, you could max a Bugatti Veyron and by law, noonecan stop you ;-)

  • I've actually been on the autobahns:

-The 'recommended' speed is 130 km/h.

-To drive on the german autobahns your car must be capable of 100 km/h, which is the minimum speed limit, or else the police will pull you over.

My dad was maxing at 260 km/h, but I hope one day, eventually, I'll drive on it myself. Very strict road regulations.

I wish Irish motorways didn't have speed limits, but seriously, we NEED minimum speed limits because of all the unbelievable slow drivers.

    Autobahns Rule!

  • emme114 is right!

  • The recommended speed is 130km/h (about 80mph).

  • Amen. =]

  • in practise speed limits are more seen as a suggestion. I'm doing 150-160 in a 120 zone because the limit is 41 km/h. If you are more than 40 km/h over the limit you have to walk for a month. 40km/h including a tolerance of course.

And you cant say that there is a certain % amount of speed regulated autobahn, because there are nowadays so many electronic traffic control devices which change with traffic volume

  • @emme114

When (and how) did you get your German driver's license?!?

Sorry, but the recommended speed in Germany is and has been 130 km/h (google "Richtgeschwindigkeit") and if you'd drive 60 on the autobahn, Police would give you a ticket - for sure! tsss...

  • @reklamedamereloaded youre right, my bad, it is 130. But officially your car has to be capable of at least 60kmh to be allowed to drive on the autobahn aka going 60,1 is not illegal as long as you have good reason to be that slow.

  • @emme114 soi soi o.o 130 km/h mann mein fahrlehrer hätt mich getötet wär ich nur 120 gefahren ;)

  • @emme114 buddy your a bit wrong.

    -recommended speed is 130 kmh

-where did you get that numbers from? in rural areas speed is limited, but as soon as you get out of regions sensible to noise, there are almost no speed limits

  • @emme114

I have to correct you. You need to be able to drive OVER 60Km/h... ;)

  • Wow, she beat 469 bhp! :O

  • i never understood why such fast cars were sold in the us and everywhere else where there's a speedlimit on the expressway? you can't even drive to the limit of this car..

  • Where there isn't a speedlimit?

  • on almost every expressway in germany for example? there's a recommended speedlimit of 130km/h (80 mp/h) but you are legally allowed to drive as fast as you want...

  • You mean autobahn? It has a very strict speed policy. The speed limit cannot be ignored even there!

It's 130km/h MINIMAL speed. If you go slower you put everyone to danger as you become a serious obstacle.

It may be reverse logic for speeding at first, but it's relative speed of traffic being focused here.

Usual speed limits deal both with relative traffic speed for safe movement, and road conditions. Now if you have a road designed for 130+ kmh, you only have to play safe to others.

  • what the fuck are you talking about? who says there is a minimal speed of 130km/h? the minimal speed is 60 km/h. there are at least 2 sometimes even 4 lanes for the traffic. slower vehicles like trucks whose speed is limited to 80 km/h drive on the far right side.

    again, it's _recommended_ trafficspeed

  • What makes you think you should start with a fuck word? Okay, put 60 instead of 130 in second (out of 3) paragraph, where i mistook, and read again. Maybe you'll then find that i was talking about general logic behind these rules, not marking the exact speeds.

I heard numerous times about German autobahn having no upper limit, but after checking on wiki it makes little difference from our autostrades, except 130 is top.

I'll take this information into account when i go to Germany) Thanx.

  • there is no upper limit on the autobahn.

if it's rainy on some bridges the speed will be limited to 100 km/h. if there are road works there will be signs which tell you to drive 80. and if the road is too curvy there might be a limit of 130 mp/h.

but everywhereelse there won't be any limit.

as far as i know only in germany, the isle of men, tibet, bhutan, uganda and nepal have no speed restricitions.

  • we get 130 for cars on autostrada on summer. 110 for bikes, and less for trucks bus... winter topspeed on those roads are capped by 110kmh...

But we only have like 1 long autostrada. i think.

  • just info...Indonesia doesn't have the speed limit..but the jam are sucks so you can't drive fast either...

  • not legally u cant.... but if u have the money for the car u have the money for the lazer detectors and if it comes to it the ticketss..........

  • People would say the same thing to me when asking about my 911, or my coupe Benz.

    1. The police can't be everywhere all the time

    2. Even in a crappy car, you don't need to drive fast to catch the eye of law-enforcement.

I have driven across America many times in both cars WELL into triple digit speeds, and never have been pulled over or gotten a ticket on the open hwy. There's a time to lay back...and a time to open a 55-gallon drum of whup-@ss.

    ; )

  • Haha, true .. but aim for the Autobahn ;)

  • The reason they make the cars go that fast is because so you can go regular speed without working the engine to hard.

  • yeah.... but you have higher mileage with an AMG V8 as compared to a vauxhal corsa B....

  • so a mercedes can be overpowered by a woman? lol

  • Hahah

  • daaaamn!

  • SWEEEET COMMERCIAL

  • SWEET!

  • yes, this is the best commercial :D

  • richard thomas does a better job at narrating

  • how do you know about the narrators???

  • George Nelson withdraws!!!

  • i prefer the S-class than the E-Class!

  • theres nothing wrong with driving a toyota. a ford on the other hand....

  • toyota sucks ..!!!!

  • coming from a man who probably cant afford a Toyota let along a Mercedes without leasing... leasing = for the poor

  • no...leasing is for the rich who have enough money to waste by "renting" a car for several years and then returning it to waste more money on yet another one

    leasing = for the rich

  • No you have it all wrong...wealthy people buy cars and keep them... they can have huge garages (20+ car garages).... leasing is for people who want to appear wealthy...aka conspicuous consumers ...

  • this is not true...i'm "fairly" upper class and we lease mercedes, bmw, porsches and stuff all the time. this is becuz it allows us to "try" and experience a different car every, well for us, three years. there is no point of having 20 cars cuz u cant drive so many, i mean it would be awesome but sort of a waste for the ones u dont drive asmuch. just my opinion.

  • That's probably the stupidest comment I've ever read about leasing.

  • This is a fantastic Mercedes commercial. With fantastic monsters. For fantastic car.... you forgot fantastic price!

  • jesus saves

  • lol you suck..

i bet you drive a toyota or a ford LOL

  • i think your right

  • I THINK YOU SUCK...

  • LMFAO... cool spot

  • AWESOME! I love this spot!

  • ahh hahaha nice =]

  • They must have put one of those digitally animated monsters inside the Mercedes-Benz CLR

  • Well the saying actually goes " you can have all the power in the world but its not going to do you any good if you cant put it to the ground with lots of traction ."

  • Problem is.. you can have all the power in the world, but its not going to do you any good if you cant put it to the wheels tisk tisk, mercedes makes awesome engines i have to say they have allways made the most reliable and powerfull engines. But if you watch top gears comparison between the BMW m3 and this car, yes this one will totally own it in the straightaways, but when it comes to any corners, its handling is sub-par.. Wich is why BMW takes the lead in my book, but this engine is awesome

  • Yeah and when the conditions aren't perfect both cars suck, I'll take an Audi RS4. :)

  • the best BMW has to offer is the M6 which is still not as good as man AMGs of Mercedes not mentioning the SLR.

    Mercedes rules.

  • do you base you comparison on bhp only??

  • i thinks mercedes rules, and it´s because bhp. I hav drive a lot of cars, i am a dealer and i can tell you that Mercedes is history, safety, over ingeniering...

  • looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool

  • Haha! I loooove german cars and their commercials!

  • MERCEDES OWN!!!

  • I'm happy to say that the new Mercedes C63 AMG is seriously, performance unlike any other. It even outperforms the M3 and the M5. Now that's a real beast.

  • that commercial rocked

  • BEAST

  • Very nice... Too bad im a bimmermaniac :)

  • tha Benz we love not the cheap shit they put out now

  • never put cheap shit

  • omg!

  • I actually laughed at that...just lol'ed

but damn, that is just amazing lol!

  • I love Mercedes * A M G *

  • Liek Mercedes. This was original.

  • Mercedes is a beast!!!

  • awsome love merc

  • Bad commercial? Let`s hope they can get a bit more un-tight at MB HQ so they can green-light more of these.

  • xDDD..

    It is really fantastic ...^^

  • That was really great and original. I've seen this actress in lots of stuff, what's her name? Love her!

  • oh! lol

  • GEIL! :)

  • This advert would be so much better if Mika Hakkinen was in it ;)

  • Definitely would, and speaking Finnish... "Kulta, sä unohdit taas lukita auton!" "Ai jaa?"

  • shit. i have to say that was kinda funny.

  • I can't believe management at MBZ would sign off on such a bad commercial...

  • Awesome...

  • Great Ad. I haven't seen it before, i don't think it's shown in the UK

  • heh

  • they shoulda used a a half man half horse monster in the commercial

  • a most exelient idea my cleva friend

  • yeah, because of the break horse power :P

  • amg is ite, but only on certain models, lower costing mercedes cars as aof late have really bad build quality

  • "As of late", Mercedes models have really GOOD build quality...just one bit of proof is that Mercedes is now 5th in this year's JD Customer Satisfaction Survey.
