another way print out the picture and copy it with a sort of see through paper and then try to draw it without copying

@darkrai49874 What you just described was to trace it, and then try to draw it from memory. Trying to draw it from memory is very good, but the tracing part is pointless. You don't learn anything from tracing.

@SiiGNz Of course not everyone will be able to learn their way to being the best drawer in the world. There's always someone better, and there's always those that are just naturally good. But everyone can certainly learn how to draw well, just at different paces. No one is born to suck at at something, everyone can learn, just not as quickly as they might like.

@Names76 I wasn't talking about this one. But you pictures only look awesome when in thumbnail size. When you play the video its very easy to spot anomalies. An untrained eye wouldn't notice.

Its not that I don't appreciate your effort, I'm just saying try and learn the pro way, and your drawing will turn out better.

@notlengthy The whole video is about training your eyes. Using the grid, you have to try and mimic each box on your own drawing. It's just another way of learning angles and spacing using you eyes.

@notlengthy When people first start drawing, they have a lot of trouble with proportions. Using the grid, it makes it much easier, and you learn to watch what you're doing quicker. You need to watch, and make each box look exactly the way it needs to be. Doing so, you make a habit of making sure each line looks right, everytime you draw a line. It's just baby steps.

@McBasher you save a picture on google or photoshop ect. save it onto your computer , and once it done downloading , click on the starter button (bottom left button) click that then click to the pictures , and go on the file u saved it too , click on that , your picture pops up , and theres an arrow that looks like its curving to the left and another to the right , so u click that and the picture moves to a different side . if you still cant see the pic then just zoom in :))

I appreciate your help, love your drawings, but I guess im just not made for drawing =/ I cant make like 2 line wich are exactly above each other, in wich I always end up in weird looking heads, different eyes etc., make the same length of ears you know the precise stuff like that. Shading/drawing pencils won't make you draw better, but they will make it look nice.

And about not being able to get your lines right, it's all just practice, like anything else in life. Sure, there's people that are born with talent, but others can easily achieve the same outcome with practice :D.

What pencils do you use for the shading? The shades in ur pictures goes as dark as black.

The black shades come from either a 4B pencil, or a black pen XD.

It's just a very fine sharpie pen. Never smudges, even when it's still wet.

THANK YOU! ive drawn using your tutorial. ive copy drawn a few too. but you help me see at it differently and ive been able to draw better. but i still need practice. if you see one of my videos. the one with ulquiorra with the grimmjow mask on. i did that by luck. the ulquiorra picture was small and the grimmjow one was big and i copy drew it. and that was the result. i havent drawn in like 6 or 7 months and i suck at it right now. but im going to start to draw again. and ill see what happens!

It takes me quite awhile because I do this differently than most other YouTube drawers.

Most YouTube drawers sketch out the drawing, and shade it at the same time, all with the same pencil. But I don't really like doing this lol.

So I sketch it, outline it in black, then shade so it doesn't look messy. To do this it takes me probably about 2 hours for a full body picture, then I have to make the video afterwards >_>....
