Hi JapJackson, Thank you very much!! That's very kind, specific and articulate to say that about my performance and I really appreciate it! Best regards, GR
Hi Ed, Yes it's the standard reverb that come with ProTools LE software. Do you think there's too much? I think I added about 25 or 30% with medium hall space - I guess I could go down to 10 or 15% but it'll probably sound too dry because of the carpeting in the room. Again thanks a lot for your kind words, I appreciate them very very much! Best regards, GR
Hi Ed, Nice to hear from you again and many thanks for your very complimentary words! I used an Oktava MK-012 condenser mic attached to a ProTools Mbox connected to an Apple iMac computer. The video was done separately (at the same time of course) using a Canon DV video camera and then I synced them up in iMovie (an Apple video editing program). I know I needed much more light for the video, next time. Thanks again, GR
Hi San, Thank you for listening and watching and for your generous words. It was my pleasure to share this beautiful piece with you! Glad you liked it. Best regards, GR
Hi Philip, Thank you, the guitar I play is made by the wonderful luthier Gernot Wagner from Frankfurt, Germany. I will send him your compliment, about his guitar, he'll be very happy! Thanks, GR
Another one word review - "beautiful." (I played this piece some time ago, but never got to the level you are on.) You do study with a guitar teacher, I guess?
Hello John, Thank you, I appreciate that very much! I agree this is one of Torroba's most tender melodic creations, like the sweetest and finest sugar. I hope to put up some more music soon. Kind regards, GR
Only 483 views? That's a crime. This should be standard listening for all who enjoy this piece. Very nice.
