her voice gives me shivers, and she had one of the most distinctive voices of the competition. i feel it was a bit obvious to choose danielle as dorothy, too predictable. sophie is an outstanding performer and could have 100% owned the role of dorothy.

She's a very pretty girl with a very pretty voice, but she just doesn't have that spark. She was my fave at the beginning, but for me she's just coasted along. As much as I like her I think she's the least deserving to go through this week. But I don't think she's going anywhere

She's great, and just perfect for Dorothy. She has all the right qualities - sweet, gentle, beautiful girl, with a lovely voice and understated acting skills. No over the top stage school performances like the rest of them. Shame the panel can't see it. They really seem ot have it in for her, John Partridge especially.

It's easy to get her mixed up with Jessica from this year if by emotion you mean pulling faces and ''singing'' in a loud blostering voice.Oh yeah the acting pumming your arms up and down pulling faces. Sophie has Dorothy's character down correctly. Dorothy is quite a dreamer who draws us in. I agree with you however in that Sophie is doing a great job and will offer will offer more but in Sophie's and the real Dorothy's gentle way.

My favourite since the beginning =] So glad she impressed the judges when she got over the nerves and got a suitable song!

I think she has the nicest voice, look, acting etc but sometimes on the high parts maybe she should do vibrato or something, basically what Charlotte criticised Danielle for.

Also, totally called Sophie and Steph being besties in the house the night Bronte was eliminated =] aww the girls are all so nice to each other.

Fanatastic this has been worth waiting for. Nerves now under control. Sophie is one of three who can do Dorothy has in the film. She really has that lost innocence about her.Continue brilliantly in the group piece by showing sometimes it's better to have more quality in less in your face performance.

This was by far the best vocal performance of the night. If Sophie can really show a range of acting skills, eg. through happy songs, and get a chance to show her dance skills, she could do very well in this competition.
