Thanks for the comments. I have been working almost 90% of my practice time on developing my left hand for the last 6 months and the improvment in my playing has been great. I have so long just let it stay stagnant and it laggs so much behind my right. It still does but is getting better.
i'm working on my independence too. it is real important as a drummer progresses. i've noticed the need for the independence. my 7 year old son is taking lessons and i've been using his drills for hand and foot independence. keep it up bro
