to see everyone come together makes every gay event we hold completely worth it, if its pride in the park all the way down to your friday nights at twist or just random gatherings at different clubs and anywhere really... the appreciation is what keeps us coming back no matter what protester parent guardian group or demonination doesnt like it... keep up your support nepa and sooner or later we will all have our place in the sun... unit

Can't wait for this year's Pride Fest, August 9, 2009! I have to work that day, but I'll be there hopefully as early as possible, and I'll stay until about 2pm.
I was there, I had an AWESOME time, I have never been to a big city Pride event, so I was impressed at seeing SO MANY PEOPLE just like me. We were standing out, standing up, being protested, yet I felt SO COMFORTABLE to be around ONLY the GLBT community! Its nice when we can get together and not HAVE TO be hidden away in some bar or club.
It was very refreshing, and the highlight of my entire summer.

i missed it this year, i was on vacation.
