Man i did 10set of 10 push ups yesterday using 2 chairs and the cock for legs, basicly what u did but not to pull the chair will legs. So chair push ups are better? My question can u develop muscles uisng push ups? if u dont take anythin.( Protein, suplements, roids>)
Yep - if you can be consistent with your workouts, make them progressively harder and you sleep well and eat well! But if not consider supplementing your diet.
Damn, I thought I was the only one to think of this! Great exercise though, this type of pushup alone works the core pretty intensely, but adding in the roller chair really pushes your abdominal muscles. Btw, I have the same chair, I'm sitting in it now. Its a piece of shit, eh?
dont take the comment in a bad way i picture everything going wrong and ur much stronger than i am and could prolly kick my ass so ignore my last comment XD
dude do a normal push up with three chairs but go all da way down try touch your chest if you cant keep practising one of the hardest push ups anyone can eva try doing i do cuple of them try touch your whole chest on da ground
Yeah....that'll work far far better cos of all the stabiliser muscles your recruiting keeping you balanced! Mine is the low budget, haven't got a swiss ball what can I use instead version! Lol!
If its your lower back concentrate on strengthening your core which includes your glutes and abs. Glute exercises strengthen your lower back and act as a shock absorber and brace for your back. Start with glute exercises first like kick backs and when your glutes and lower back (glute exercises strengthen your lower back) feel a bit stronger try isometric holds for the abs (think Bruce Lee tensing before a fight). Hope that helped!!??
