To be honest, I think it's mostly due to the fact that many blacks are religious. Their religious 'morals' and religious upbringing has taught them to hate on this community. It is sad that they can't understand that their ancestors were treated unequally in the past as well. Although not to the same degree, it still mirrors their struggle after the Jim Crow Laws. It is funny though that blacks believe in the Bible when it condones slavery and many white men justified slavery b/c of the bible.

You aren't apart of the black gay community because it doesn't exist. Where is there homes, organizations and schools in support of black gay men? You want find it instead you'll find predominately white areas where blacks tend to leave in which happen to be gay. Various organizations ran by white gay men which welcome black gay men and high schools founded by white gay men to support gay youth. Therefore, your point is not valid. Instead, I believe you experienced shade which is not hate.
