For everyone that keeps asking about unlocking Riku, you need to beat Sora's story. Battling Riku for the last time is really tough, but a deck full of 0 cards can render him useless. When he attacks, use a 0 right next to him to hit. He can still kill you if you have low health.

Riku 4? In Sora? Just make a deck that uses alot of Sonic Raids. Like just building it up without searching for cards. Then using it. His sleights can't break it, so you can beat him using Sonic Raids.

Riku last battle requires a 0 card combo,this is,making a combo of an initial 0 card followed by any other 2 cards,for example,0>7>9 and continue like that :)

how did u make riku transform from his destiny island clothes to his hearless clothes?

If you actaully played the game you would know. Its because Riku is in Castle Oblivion and he kinda fought with Ansem from KH1 and after fighting him it allowed Riku to transform into what you call "Heartless" Form. This Destiny Island is just a memory or an illusion.
