I enjoy these videos and they show that the VS models are healthy and take good care of themselves. BUT, they are naturally skinny to begin with so it isn't hard for them to stay fit. I hope people watching this don't expect a woman to look like this after having a baby (like Doutzen). The average American woman doesn't have the time or the energy to workout after giving birth. If we all had personal trainers and dieticians and we were all naturally tall and thin, we would look like her too.

@befany14 I personally think that if models have to be skinny, they should at least look like VS angels. They are skinny but also healthy-looking. At least to me because many girls in Poland are naturally skinny so I'm more used to it than Americans (no offence). :D And I don't really agree with you about the personal trainer part. You just need to have dedication to look through many diets and choose to know what is a healthy diet and work out. It's about dedication not PTs or dieticians. :)
