Good confidence, clear speaking, stupid outfit. I roleplay, never done LARP, but if people would just get a -real- proffesional made outfit, and displayed confidence and know how. (IE: Not saying LIGHTNING BOLT LIGHTNING BOLT LIGHTNING BOLT) LARP would be less frowned upon.

This being said, I find it a little too far fetched. Leave acting out fantasy scenes to the proffesional actors, in movies, with special effects. I used to do this when I was 8. Not 20.

@ShenyuRose well it's kind of sad that it's only Europeans that post the good stuff about LARP. Most people don't speak second languages so they put the stereo types to those videos as well. People down play them like the lighting bolt video thanks to shows like Tosh.0 making fun of it, or whatever. I run my own group, I can't tell you how many people I've gotten into it that at one point said they didn't like it. Now they love it to death.

@bookercreator Well, best way to do it around here is to look around town for local websites to see if they've got a website up or that they advertise some other way. The way I found out about it was by word of mouth. I had friend that did it and I ended up branching off and starting my own. End the end you may have to start your own group. Advertise and you may find other groups you didn't know existed. Several of my members come from groups I didn't know about before hand.
