I think the reason people want to see Fedor go to the UFC is not because they want him to prove himself, but so they can prove him wrong. This man has an awesome record. Everyone says he hasn't anybody and i don't see how. Whether you like him or not, you have to admit he is an MMA legend. He still poses a great threat to any fighter. I don't think he's washed up at all. He's only 33. I wouldn't be anymore confident about fighting Fedor just because he suffered his FIRST actual loss.

Fedor is my favorite fighter. I don't really think he should go into pro wrestling. I am frustrated as a fan to see his best years being squandered by facing less than the top competition. Arlovski and Rogers may have been pretty good competition, but they were not the #1 contenders. All of those guys are in the UFC. Like it or not Fedor fans, but Fedor needs the UFC as bad as the UFC needs Fedor. Fedor not being in the UFC tarnishes the UFC HW belt but also tarnishes Fedor's legacy in the end.

Fedor and Brock both have one opponent in common. Heath Herring. Fedor fought Heath Herring 8 years ago and stopped him. Brock fought Heath Herring 2 years ago and didnt stop him. This is EXACTLY why I want a super heavy weight devision. In no other weight class are there such gross extremes of weight variations than in the heavy weight devision. Hell, Bob Sapp out weighed one of his opponents by over 150 lbs. Even though Sapp lost, it was "only" a testament to the skills of the guy who won. David and Goliath. It's just good logic. Certainly skill overcomes might, but it would be illogical to consider a man who out weighs you by over 100 lbs not to have a adv.

Fedor against Brock would be a very predictable fight. It would go to the ground and Brock would try to do the same thing he did to Couture a Mir. He would try to hold Fedor down and puch him in the face. NOBODY can hold Fedor down. Not even Brock. Fight would end with a Fedor submission. Probably an arm bar. Its a bad match up for Brock because Fedor excels at quickly dismantling elite wrestlers. Brock has a punchers chance? Fedor proved that aint gonna happen in the Fujita fight.
