  • Is there any routines to use to stretch for my martial arts training I know legs are a key element what ones would benefit me well?

  • Hi! I seriously hurt my back on Tuesday morning. I had pain when standing or sitting. I did this routine (gently) on the wed, and again this morning thursday. I'm so grateful that i did. Some tightness is still there, but the pain is gone. Thank you so much for your video... it's exactly what i needed, and your positive energy comes through!

  • When doing my backbends, I do not feel like I'm straining myself, but I have to very slowly ease out of my position. Could I be doing something wrong or is this normal?

  • You sure have a lot of paraphernalia around you to distract you. You might want to clear that clutter out so you can better focus on your practice. Just some friendly advice.

  • "Highhh," (so hot). Dashama says again. Another radiant day with the Dashama. I recognize most of the forms, since I did these with my teacher.

    Off course you don't have the time, but I remember doing them more relaxed and much more slowly; like when you were twisting around.

    You know ... When you turn right, you look at the left "ball of you're foot" (my english is not perfect), and just leave you're hands to tag along with your movements. Etc.

    Otherwise it is not so relaxing.
