Yes you can but u need to suffer tough and intensive muscle stretch and u need more muscles so that u can carry ur own weight. Rmb, gymnastics is a sports where your strength to weight ration must be high, esp on rings.
he only lost by 0.012 of a point in the floor finals though...personally i think that nemov's routine is harder than the guy won fx in that competition as well...igor vihrov...i think that's how you spell his name...
Although I definitely prefer women´s gymnastics, thank you very much for posting. Does anybody have the entire women´s AA from this olympics and could post it? It is a pitty we only have particular clips on YouTube and cannot see this AA consequently, because it was an extraordinary thriller that should be seen from the beginning to the tragic end. So please somebody post it!

Yes, they have it. I prefer women's gymnastics too because they do a lot of choreography and so on. I like watching the men b/c of their hot bodies.
