The ZuneHD is a fantastic piece of work. It's the standard for industrial design. Unlike iTunes, the Zune desktop software isn't a horrible pain in the ass to work with. App store wise, they make decent apps. It just takes FOREVER for them to release. But they download a lot faster. Songs are easier to download. Updates and such are faster. I have been ipod user for the past many years, been using ipod touch for past 3 years and I have to say that Zune is way way way better than ipod. Its sad MS didnt market it properly. I still use ipod touch (I have used zune 80 gb 2nd gen) and it is simply great. Once again, dont listen to hype, try zune and get zune subscription, you will enjoy the amazing features of zune and unlimited music downloads.
