@pb0o6 Well, it's a clear and direct message to YouTube that posting this video, owned by Person L and not myself, onto a public resource is "not copyright infringement."

YouTube keeps blabbering (especially to many of the videos I try to upload) that I am infringing on copyright laws, but because 1) I am not selling or distributing the music directly to individuals (such as by shareware, downloads, etc.) and 2) the artist is credited, it is wholly in my right to publish these videos.

Notice I do not provide a download link for these songs, nor do I ever promote any type of unpaid file-sharing. To put something on YouTube, which is to play music in a public domain, is a different case. @roseking900 ..video, then by law I must comply. For example, I had a song uploaded here a while back called "Are You Man Enough," and Dave Elkins personally asked me to take it down. I did, by request. So long as this music stays in the public domain of listening, I don't promote the individual downloading of it, and it is not taken down by request of interested parties, it is legal. In fact, a lot of the bands I upload get more direct publicity and listeners from what I am doing. 'Nuff said.

It's all a matter of opinion. One isn't better or worse than the other. Just different. And anyone who says such and such is better than such and such needs to not be so close-minded. You'd be surprised what bands YOUR favorite bands listen to.

Copeland was fucking sick weren't they? I saw them in Chicago at the Metro the other night too and they put on an epic show. They're so fuckin chill too. I definatly have much more respect for such artists after seeing them live.
