Nowadays, what's new and popular is what sells, music made by talented artists who aren't working off of a formula or a template do not sell as much and do not get enough attention. There are plenty of good bands out there, but people aren't willing to search for them, and so they just give up on music. Humans are killing REAL music, but they are also creating and supporting it, too.
