@kenta000007 is it terrible based on the pain you endure.. because if so keep doing it! pain isn't a bad thing. and doesn't indicate that your doing it wrong.. its just the journey it takes to overcome learning how to role. x

@IlabacaVideoBlog you could also argue that if you avoid causing yourself pain in your movements that your using the best possible technique so repeating something that feels wrong isn't always the best course of action. Btw love the moves on this vid particularily the pigeons flying away.

@kenta000007 i went thru same thing , and how i improve it was practice it MANY times and record it where is the problem and practice practice change and change , and my dive roll no more pain even on cement ;) im not profesional but i hope this helps T^T
