  • i kinda worship johnny cash.

  • I'm glad he eventually got over the pig calling and donkey noise phase.

  • @Neweddy24 The donkey noises is my favorite thing about this performance.

  • Johnny Cash? Yeah, he IS the greatest.

  • Shovell on that coal man.

  • happy birthday johnny

  • show de bola

  • Damn, I know Johnny and Carl played for a few prison audiences, but I never knew they played for ZOMBIES! What a fucking LAME ASS BRAIN DEAD AUDIENCE!!!!!!

  • Where was the cultural and racial diversity in this video? All I see are racist white people. Where is the african-american rapping on stage? I want to hear true african music: "KILL WHITEY, FUCK WHITEY, ROB DA MUTHAFUKAZ! RAPE DA WEMUNZ! MUH DIK MUH DIK!

  • @PumpkinPuffer Don't be ignorant. You are the embodiment of the country music fan stereotype. Don't bring your brothers down with you. I'm sure a true fan of Cash and Perkins has some dignity about them.

  • @camking88 How long have you been a nigger lover? Show everyone how PC,multi-cultureal, and tolerant you are.Sow everyone how you're not brain washed.

  • @PumpkinPuffer I'm black idiot. Learn to spell multicultural. Spend as much time and energy into getting an education as you do being racist and your life will be better.

  • Wow. You really are the strangest person I've come across. Going on about a lack of racial diversity. And you obviously like Cash and Perkins, because this isn't just a video you come across by browsing. Grow up and stop flaming all the time.

  • Presley Perkins Cash and Lewis

4th Dec 56 Sun studios long jam session.....available on Complete Million Dollar quartet CD

  • probably becouse he was one of the only ones to give a damn about the guys that were there.

  • cool

but why did he always make concert in prison?

  • didn't even know he played harmonica that well--didn't even know he played at all. there, i just announced my ignorance. praise the Lord.

  • ive let this one go for a long time but it should be bob wooden,he runs the range of emotions from a to b good god is it that boring to play with cash or what!?!?--this comment could every video he is in!!!! compare him to marty !!!!!

  • If he is that bad why are you wasting your time watching him. You are stupid

  • That was Johnny Cash and he said sue't

  • johnny you are the best, we miss you johnny

  • @zacharymich13 yeah! johnny is the best country artist ever

  • HoOoOo...!!!!!

    MAestro.....

  • dude, around 0:04 it sounds like he says: the man in black Johnny Cash sucks

  • This is one of the most energetic, greatest performances I've ever seen by Johnny Cash. This is really great.

  • Johnny Cash is the World Best in Country Music

  • Song reminds me of the writings of black slaves ...who might have sung the song also...but only.."tell me when we're crossed into freedomland!" The Underground Railroad had a 'big stop' in Rochester, New York.....we did our best to fight the oppression of slavery and the "stars and bars." Long live freedom!

  • LOL, what a pompous sack of shit. Just STFU and listen to the music.

  • well, in a way he does have a point and I am pretty sure, that was what Johnny was referring to...

But I do admit, this is not the place for idiology ... of any kind. It's Carl Perkins and Johnny Cash, so who gives a shit?! Great musicians, regardless of the color of skin. Johnny could have been black, Chuck Berry could have been white, nobody would have noticed.

  • @PumpkinPuffer Is that why Carl Perkins sang "Matchbox" a song from Blind Lemon Jefferson, a BLACK blues artists. And I'm sure you've never heard music from Niger so how do you know its bad?

  • THE KING.

  • Johnny is the best!!

    My favourite artist by fare!!

    Erlend (Norway)

  • There are those that say Scotty Moore was the best, but I believe Carl was the greatest Rockabilly lead guitarist ever.

  • Es gibt (gab) nur EINEN Johnny

  • sleepy, you got your facts fucked up, but God bless you for putting this out there.

  • im selling nicely framed the two originalslp on sun and the six eps on sun with sleeves ..

  • I wish that these guys were alive today as I would pay anything to see these legends live on stage. There music and sound to me is the best rythm and song writing ever where no matter what the mood your in can make you want listen to every word the sing and relax. They will never be forgotten to me

  • Johnny Cash at his best . If he was on drugs at this time , it sure doesn't show . He never looked so good and he was having a ball .

God Bless you, Johnny . May you Rest in Peace

  • No, Johnny was not on drugs at this point in his life. He got over the problem in 1967 or early 1968
