ive got a well known celtic hill fort so close i can see it from my window but ive never botherd to go because its never been ploughed , being a beginner ive been told not to bother looking for old artifacts unless ive got ploughing to go on ,is this right or are the pissing down my back telling me its raining????

    please reply !!

  • hahahah there ballshitting you hard the roman spere head in the vid was found on top of that hill DEEP IN THE GROUND AND ITS NEVER EVER BEEN PLOUGHED ITS TOO STEEP LOLOLOL

trust just because its never been ploughed dosent mean you wont find old stuff it just harder to find thats all dont forget items in the ground move up and down in the soil very slowly depending on the grounds water content and other conditions if you want to know the truth talk to me ile tell you whats what no ballshit !!!!

plus the food was beans two types of slami bacon and tomatos energy food yum =)

  • cool i will keep an eye out for your next vid:)

by the way can help me out in a little dilemma im in!im after a machine so i can start a detecting hobby myself, the thing is that when evr i do something i like to do it PROPER lol so what i need to know is what machine would you recommend me get?? people say the garret250 but to tell you the truth id rather put a little bit more towards and get a half decent one and learn the rope so to speak, something like a minelab explorer ive got roughly £450

  • ctnd/>>> to spend and i dont really want to spend money on the garret only to get bored of it in a few weeks then after sell it and then buy the Minelab? confusing i know but you will have been there yourself so you will understand where im coming from lol, so what im getting at is do you think the m'lab explorer will be ok for me to learn the ropes on?

  • DO NOT GET a garrett 250 or any of them makes thay are kids toys every peice of metal sounds the same on them mashines TRUST ME i know from experience and theres one really annoying ding tone that goes off at every thing I WILL TELL YOU STRAIGHT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • WITH ALL THE MINELAB MACHINES thay have a crap recovery speed what i mean by this is if a silver hammered coin was next to a piece of iron and you sweep the detector head over the iron first and then it passes over the coin the machine sircuit board hasnt recovered quick enough to pick up the coin after its seen the iron you can see this for your self on youtube just type in norlfolk wolf minelab machine he tests all of the machines as you will see.

  • plus the minelab machines WILL NOT pick up those really small quater hammered at depth and thay will NOT pick up thin necklases you can search all of this on youtube tust type in whatever machine you want to know about and type test after it for example ( minelab explorer test ) and loads of tetr results for the machine will come up =)

  • the video was nicely done, great finds....

  • Nice video, that in the uk?

  • yes it is in the uk
