Hey There, David's cherry red EMG guitar took me about 7 hours once i had the right things. However the Black one took me a little longer because I had to age all the chrome parts, and the pickups were bought individually so I had to wait a little while before i got them. I recommend buying the whole pickguard of the david gilmour strat off of Ebay because it wouldve been around the same time and a lot easier.
