my brother just bought a 911 turbo, last of the aircooled models.

I was just familiarising myself with the engine;

it will be 2 valve per cylinder and its overhead cam not pushrod like beatle?

it looks as though the cylinder head/s are seperate for each cylinder or is it the centre one thats single and the outer 2 one casting?

will it be K jetronic or carb? or KE?

Nice shop! How many HP do you estimate the 3.8 conversion? What kind of RPM will she handle?
