This woman's preaching reeks of intellectual dishonesty. Some basic points that are completely misrepresented:

-Liahona was not a magnetic compass

-There is a mountain of archeological evidence regarding Lehi's trek from Jerusalem to Bountiful. (1Nephi)

-evidence of pre-Columbian BoM animals such as elephants and horses found in Mesoamerica including sculpture depictions and skeletal remains.

you know i don't know that much about religion....but anyone who tells any other being not to pray to their God about anything seems to destroy faith...i think people should be able to trust their God and ask with faith about whatever it may be

Update you info. They have found horses. They also found compasses as well older than what we thought. There is not mitochondrial dna evidence (at least less than 1%). But that is also true with the Lemba people of Africa. There is however links to Y chromosome DNA in Native Americans, also found in modern jews. (HMM, just like the Lemba) Please have a balanced argument next time.

No, sorry, but no pre-Columbian horses. No jaredite barges "tight like unto a dish", no windows, glass, steel, chariots, wheels in the Americas. No flax, wheat, oxen, cows, sheep. Why were the animals and plants that were plentiful not mentioned by Smith in his book? Hmmmm.

Steel didn't mean the steel we understand either, our steel was made first in the 1800's but the kjv english says steel in the old testament in solomons bow, it's that kind of steel bom is referring to aswell. Sheep aren't mentioned in the bom anyway. Pre columbian horses have been found in 1975, your fear towards current scholarship limits you.

You should probably watch all the LDSQ'S it will explain you question on why not pray about the BoM. I can't beleive with all the evedance people still believe in this. I think it hurts their pride!
