its true that this narration is not about an UFO. But the fact that this report is broudcasted by the most respected, accepted and trustworthy tv show in Germany "ARD Tagesschau" suggests that the footage isnt total crap. So what can be seen at 0:55 is most probably real (not fake) footage. If you look to the lower right you see that the costline slowly moves to the right. If the object would be an stationary object then it would also move to the right. But it moves to the opposite direction....

That wasn't a UFO over the plant. It was something in the background that appeared to be moving because the video was shot from a helicopter and THAT was moving. Look at the shoreline around the plant as the "UFO" is filmed. Everything is moving.
As they upload videos in attempt to show a sighting real or fake,we always look at the comments to verify the actuality of the video,but the problem is that 90% of the comments come from obese(fat) internet trolls that put skeptic comments just to attract as little attention as they can in their sad and sore lifes(i.e "thumbs up") will make them do another one and another,

Actually seen that section of footage elsewhere where the video was enhanced where you can SEE the "UFO" is a building in the background, its not moving but because its further away it looks to be moving while the nearer tower stays central.
Think of it this way put two objects in a straight line in front of you one closer than the other (a bit of space between them) you clearly see its one behind the other, take a step sideways but remain facing the closer object. Same deal.

The camera is quite far from the plant and the object. It appears to be moving along with the camera. I cannot be sure what it is but my gut sais the anomoly may have appeared in the footage later. The speed and perspective seem odd in my view.
Going with my gut here while taking into account this was filmed at a nuclear site and during the time of a catastrophic disaster in Japan.

Actually seen that section of footage elsewhere where the video was enhanced where you can SEE the "UFO" is a building in the background, its not moving but because its further away it looks to be moving while the nearer tower stays central.
Think of it this way put two objects in a straight line in front of you one closer than the other (a bit of space between them) you clearly see its one behind the other, take a step sideways but remain facing the closer object. Same deal.

@wildride1977 Sorry Sir , The object is a saucer ,not a building or a train . common people really look at it .the camera is panning in at a leftward angle . but not nearly as fast as the object is moving from right to left . and if you notice the stacks are just barely moving from right to left. the object is behind the stacks .so how close to the mountains is the object ?hmm its moving way faster than the actual land is .
