  • All this "I can do 100 hundred sit ups" talk is a load of bollocks to be honest. Try putting on some boxing gloves and have someone push down with pads on you very hard, then try punching them pads off you. I bet you can only do 10 seconds worth before feeling fucked! It's a far more effective way of getting rock hard abs. None of this hundred plus sit ups nonsense.

  • ok i really took all 3 of these exercises and did them in long reps each and i swear my stomach is 75% flatter in 4 days. just do these in longer reps they r the best. my lower abs got so flat my belly button came back up! and i wasn't even that fat to begin with and my stimach is getting harder. weather u need to tighten and tone and lose inches like me or if u have more weight this will give u fat results just do lots of reps of each three.

    eat more fruit, veggies, get more protein and a small supply of healthy fats from nuts, grains.

    train with with weights 3 days a week (light; for toning and fat burning, heavy; for building and burning).

    and to 30mins of cardio about 5 days a week

  • Hanging leg or knee raises on the doorway pullup bar is an intense ab workout. Check out my abs, i never do crunches or any other ab work.

  • There are propably 2 reasons.

    The first one is that you are doing the exercise wrong. 500 crunches are too much and only the people who don't do it right can achieve so many crunches.

    The second (and more common) reason is that you have much fat in your belly area. ABS EXERCISES DON'T MAKE YOU LOSE FAT!! But they only train your abs that are under your fat in your belly area! If you don't lose much fat there (example: by running), there is no chance you'll get abs by abs exercises!

  • @aaliyahash well if your body fat is AT LEAST 7% then you dont need to lose weight to acheive visible abs. yet it would be much better to diet while your doing your ab workouts so your muscles have something to build off of. your wasting your time if you work out without the proper nutrition

  • Usually when your abs shake when you do ab exercises means that your muscles aren't strong enough yet, but keep working and you'll get there.

  • Get your form correct. Do it slow. Shaking of any muscle under loading means that muscle is not strong enuff. Do this one minute thing for like 10 times taking 30 second break in between. Eat healthy, and you will see ur abs in no time.
