did you really need to reply to my general comment, just to prove what an idiot you are? i'm a martial artist, you tool. balance is everything in my discipline. balance is actually key in most atheletics. so how about YOU do some research. plenty of people with low centers of gravity suck at balance, simply because they've never trained it. many of my short, female students can't stand on one leg for that very reason.

It is a generality. There are exceptions to most rules. I doubt if many Survivor players have balance training.

In GENERAL - women are naturally better at balance events, and it IS due to a lower center of gravity.

As for biological predetermination - I suppose you don't think men are naturally stronger than women, either?

For anyone interested, read about Gardiner's 7 Intelligences. It's a fantastic theory about 7 branches of "smarts." Different people excel at different types.

Spatial intelligence is required for the puzzle with the tons of plain black shapes, as that relie on how things physically fit and complete a space. You can be great at math and suck at this. Someone with artistic prowess would probably have excelled more in that one, but ya can't know these things ahead of time.

Well, basically, the physical advantage that women have with balance was accommodated, and the male advantages of strength and speed were not. you just saw the result, and I am sure there will more of that bias in the future.

Women cannot compete with men in most physical aspects. That is why sports are segregated by sex.
