  • hey do all want muscles well do PUSHUPS !

    god day everyone

  • omg thanks

  • so if I do this I can look just like her!!!? :D

  • why is there always this baaaaaaad quality ?

  • LOL why are you saying "good", "perfect" to yourself

  • Real shoulder killer. Learn to lift without damaging your body, and stop posting shit.

  • every time i do that, i feel that my elbow is gonna rip, what am i doing wrong?

  • @YoonaLoveable i have the same problem

  • this is stupid. dont do it to the side.

  • Want to get strong without looking like a nonce? Get a shovel. Dig lots of holes. Cheap, effective and satisfying. You can even get paid to do this exercise.

  • this is stupid ppl use both arms with a hevier weight this excersise is not for beginners cos they stupid

  • Iss it supposed to kind of hurt in the rear deltoid when I do this exercise?

  • What does this do?

  • @TheBlackcat239 It builds your triceps, the back of your arms

  • Is it ok if ME. A fourteen year old,is able to use a 25 pound dumbell. My teacher told me that is you lift weights at a young age,you won't grow as much as the normal american.

  • @asswipercocmaster23 Well.. not growing as much as the normal american is fucking good.. because that means your not becoming a 400 pound blob of lard.

just keep lifting. your growing in length as well or what? because if so you can just work out all you want. It will just make you stronger.

    good luck with it

  • u shitty suck my dick

  • This seems like it would work, but when i tried it w/ my 15 lbs dumbell it felt as if my arm was going to pop out of socket...what weight should i use?

  • @keeNCali Use anything less than 10lb...it doesn't take much weight to build to your triceps and using too much can cause permanent damage to joints.

  • i do this and fuvckinf hurt

  • Hey, my workout consists of 25 crunches, 3 pull ups, 10 push ups and 5 of these extension things on each arm, and 8 sets. At the end, my right arm felt SIGNIFICANTLY more burned out then my left, and my veins on my right arm were way more popped out and same with my muscle. What could I be doing wrong?

  • @moviemaker933 you might not be doing the full range of motion with you left because its weaker, if thats the case, use a lighter weight. It could also be that your using perfect form on the exercises, but your left handed, so you arm might feel more burned due to a weaker, less developed muscle.

    Hope this helps

  • @moviemaker933 You might be putting too much weight on your right arm..or your left arm might be more stronger than your right. Stabilize your weight distribution next time. I'm guessing your a lefty?

  • @moviemaker933 regular pull ups work out lower deltoid and upper back, push ups aim mostly at chest, so the triceps is the only targeted arm muscle your working, so its probably thte bad positioning of your left hand

  • watch ronnie coleman video's!!!!

    and learn from him!

  • @ghazanfar2006 LIGHTWEIGHT BABY!

  • I too am trying to get my arms toned for my wedding (I'm wearing a strapless dress). Will 4 month be enought to see results? Should I exercise every day?

  • 4 months WILL be enough to see results. in fact, even 2 months would be enough for seeing results. but it takes dedication. and if you want your results to be even MOER visible, you should do cardio work all day. you can go out for a jog, a bike ride, rollerblading, use a weighted jump rope or if you have a punching bag do boxing, kickboxing =]

  • Great help thanks

  • gud fr girlzz.......

  • im scarred to screw up because i broke both my elbows 2 years ago and i dont want to screw something up

  • start with very light weights and work up. If anything feels uneasy then stop and go to a lower weight but u should always ask ur doctor about stuff like that. how did u do that anyway lol?

  • i fell snowboarding and shattered both so now im really carefull about my ligaments and stuff in them

  • How in the world you broke it.

  • i broke both at the same time snowboarding and had 2 sergeries i couldnt do anything myself because i had neither arms. it was bad

  • EEEHHHHHHHH MACARENA

  • lmao try not to smash yourslef in the head with the wieghts your using

  • I can feel the burn right away. I'm trying to get my arms toned for my weedding.

  • wedding?

  • @myusernameisfunny1 eat clean, lift heavy weight compound movements and do cardio. don't fucking do shitty bull shit exercises for 100 reps to feel the burn you idiot.

  • @bigbobabc123 ha ha a little harsh, huh.

  • @myusernameisfunny1 good luck those plant killers burn like hell =P sorry couldnt resist a spelling mistake that golden and hope your wedding went well =D

  • Thank you!

Tracy Anderson says, that if you don't want bulky muscles, 3 pounds weight is max, better repeat more times.

  • just wondering this would be good for basketball right?

  • yeah!! thats why im on here haha.. im strong, but need to get stronger and stuff for when i get rebounds.. any arm strength is good.. along with legs too.

  • u guys should stick basketballs up eachothers asses

  • maybe you should get a life and stop trying to act cool and big on youtube.

stop being a gimp you absolute loser.

  • holy shit that made me laugh reading about working out then shoving basketballs up asses lmao nice

  • yes! and technique too, i mean you need more of it than muscle

  • thanks..that came in handy..do you know how much weight should I lift...I have skinny arms,I'm 140 lbs, 5' 10'' tall, 26 yo..

    thanks so muvh.

  • As much as you can ;)

  • pick a weight that you can lift for 10 reps on maximum , try to do 3 sets that would be perfect , and try to not rest or get a very little rest between sets , after you finish working out i recommend eating fruits full of simple carbs , Dates fruits are the best.

  • thank you, i was looking for a new excercise

  • to get big muscels u gotta do like 5-10 reps? and if you CAN get over 10 reps you should add more weight? and is it for all muscles the same thing?

    PLEASE REPLY !

  • yes for all exercises , but i heard that if you squat like 15-20 reps you get more benifit from the exercise .

  • thanks! if i do 5 max reps then i gotta do 5 sets but how much rest between sets?

  • Comment removed

  • No, i'm pretty sure that you do maybe 5-10 reps, take a short break and do another set of 5-10. Don't go straight to a heavier weight. Get comfortable with the weight you have, then you can make it heavier

  • yes.

  • Thank you for the help!

  • Thank you for this!

  • I get a weird pain in my elbows when i do this

  • yea i do too anyone got any suggestions on this pain?

  • yeah that's expected to happen if you're just starting to work out. it's your joints. they haven't properly built up yet.

few things you can do are:

    1) of course, go light at first. build your way up slow.

    2) buy these pills called "ANIMAL PAK/ ANIMAL FLEX". on the bottle/can it should say "complete joint and ligament support" (this is what I do, since mine hurt too.)

    3) buy that rubberish elbow pad. It keeps your elbows supported and tight.

but I recommend just going light at first.

  • maan i dont wanna learn from a broad maan

  • why not lower the dumbell all the way to your neck but still keeping tention on it

  • that's how i did it for a week. it fucked up my shoulders.

  • hmm, ive done it like this for a year...my triceps have become pretty buff : )

  • maybe i did something else wrong

  • hello! thanks for the vid. at home, i usually let the dumbell all the way down behind my neck. is that considered wise?

  • I love all your videos...thank you very much

  • thnak-you! how long until you see results?

  • thanks....i've been wondering how to build triceps....

  • thanks a lot, how long till you see results?
