theres 3 steps to blow outs:
1.downsize
2.clean blown out ear with sea salt+water mixture
3. massage ear with bio oil or vitamin e oil or emu oil etc.
this fixes them usually in about 1-2 weeks. they reccomend you dont stretch after its fxied and you wait a bit before stretching up again.
