@Solution2012 ,reply to myself: it's most likely migraine since i'm still very sensitive to light. Like someone turned the brightness of your monitor 20% up. My eyes feel exhausted. The cause to me is known because it's my first ever and i know exactly what i did. It was caused by the tension in my neck, or it was the amount of light wich caught my eye. It was the first day of the year i went to the beach.
I recently hd 2 rt canals through #3 and #5 gold 3 unit bridge, one acute process with advanced bone disease, TX prognosis is good but I hv had persistant headaches ...onset in the frontal, 10 hrs duration borderline incapacitated with nausea I went to the VA todayLOL. Im told the dental did it ,hard to believe, the trigeminal nerve has nothing to do with the frontal any help??
it feels like someone is squeezing your brain

i've had a constant headache for 4-5 days, incl vommitting, severe nausea.
but it seems a tension in the neck triggered it.
the headache is now slowly going away, but i'm still very dizzy.
my docter gave me something for hay fever, but i guess it's something between tension headache and migraine?

i've got it, too, and have for about 9 years (yes, that means non-stop). the only things that have ever helped are:
ridiculously vigorous exercise
therapy
chamomile tea
meditation
medicine (although be very careful)
