There's a reason Polaroid no longer makes TV's and 20 days from start to finish really isn't that bad. Probably the reason you never received a call back was because you called practically every day. Maybe next time try being a smart shopper and do some research before throwing your money into a brand that has been nothing but trouble.

@cozzey05 I bought the TV when it was the only 1080p tv at walmart... the TV lasted through its factory warranty and didnt get me any trouble during that time.. it was only after about 18 months that i had ANY issues.. and it was actually a SIMPLE capacitor (which i frown on the mfg for not using a little more expensive one).. my trouble was with the warranty companies lack of response through regular means.. but NEW Corp was very quick to respond once i contacted corp offices.. heh

I'll never buy another Polaroid TV ever again. Within 6 months Buzzing sound, dead pixels, sync and lock up problems.

@kpreston69 Yes it is a BIG problem with that brand.. I dont think it was just me.. I had a problem with it in the first year and so many months of owning it.. I hope i never have that kind of problem, but if i do, i hope i dont have the issues i did with this warranty company, they were getting on my nerves, but the way the CEOs handled things was rather nice..
