I liked him and the band much better when they were rude, irreverent and destructive - at least that was from the heart. If anything, bullshit interviews like this one can help you understand why their music is so fucking terrible nowadays (though it doesn't help with the disbelief that it's 3/4 the same people that made AJFA).

M., I totally saw through the shtick that they pulled - the band realised that fans were getting tired of their fucking about and did exactly what you yourself said, rehashed some of their great past work. Again, I'm glad it worked for you, but for me it was mostly a sad story about a dog that couldn't even do his old tricks anymore.
