I actually have Vista too and I managed to make it work. First download and install both the newest patch and update (if you write "Worms Armageddon Vista" in google it should direct you to the right website). The game might freeze on the opening window, but that can be changed: go to tweaks in the folder you installed the game and disable one of them (can't recall which right now... I think it was SmoothBackgroundGradient). And there you go.
