A PR technique which all Scientologists are instructed in to automatically handle criticisms with bland statements about other things. The idea is to discuss something "non-reactive" to the person, and also steer the topic away from Scientology, a topic Scientologists are indoctrinated to not discuss in any depth for obvious reasons.
