  • nice

  • love this angle.

  • so smooth

  • did he just compare driving the bike to playing it on the playstation like what they tell you NOT to do in real life when you take driving test. lol. GREAT DRIVING!

  • I didn't know jimeoin rode sports bikes!!

  • Deff my favorite WSBK rider these days

  • very good driver

  • POTATO!

  • If you were also leaning into the turns, give me a thumbs up.

  • this video feels like it's a computer game

  • fit & finish on cbr1000rr is A+

  • Whoa, damn youtube advertisement that plays before the video, tells me "Speed kills". Goddamn it socialists, it is crashes that kill people!

  • @Jant00 correct, speed dosnt kill. Its the sudden stop.

  • u def. ride well love hondas but gixxer is my heart

  • Quickshifter or doesn't he use the clutch when shifting up? :P

  • Fantastic video! Looking forward to learning and getting more track experience. Just watching this is so impressive, super smooth, clean lines, little wasted efforts.

  • The way this video is shot you dont see the bike at all but by the end of the video you feel as you were riding the bike. Exemplary demonstration of the art of bike riding and presenting it. Big thanks.

  • Hi cud you please train me to ride a bit like you. Money no issues i.e. no issues at all !!!

  • I wonder what the camera and audio setup is in this video. It's awesome.

  • You know, there's nothing like a professional race-rider to teach you 'eyeline'. Granted that he's probably familiar with the track, but even before you get your eyeline right, he's already making the turn. I absolutely didn't know where to look; place my line of sight.

  • Like riding a Honda 90 with a white box on the back to the shops. Rem you DAD on the Ducati at Carradore LIT. Thanks

  • Incredibly smooth riding!! Respect.

  • Johnny is great!!!!the best rider in 2010 sbk

    ....and I'm a ducati rider......

cbr with electronic gear???or he doesn't use clutch?

  • Comment removed

  • @simone7070 granted its a 3 month old comment but its clutchless upshifting thats all

close the gas quickly pull the lever up and back to the gas

downshifts are with the clutch though

  • oil burning pieces of shit

  • @Theloonytoons lol did you blow an engine ?

  • @radiocrash She is ready to be picked up from the shop today, we'll see.............

I have an 07 1krr but my friends with 08's have had Bad Bad oil burning probs. It's a shame, the bike is awesome.... 09+ no issues, 08's have had clutch, hose clamp, HESD, piston ring, ect....... probs

  • @Theloonytoons I have an o2 cbr954rr wicked to ride but granted she murders oil really hoping to get an 08 zx10r or as new as i can afford really fancy trying the green meany just hope there wont be some huge build quality difference

  • Great video....I rode the 2010 cbr 1000rr and whats sad about it, it has 10 less horses than the 2010 zx10r. After riding the 2010 zx10r and than jumped on the 2010 cbr 1000rr (demo day) I felt i can rum faster than it. The cbr 1000rr is a disapointment compare to the other bikes!!! I already know few people that wanna sell their cbr for a different bike cause they eat dirt on the highways. Cbr nice bike but slow!

  • @Sneer111

u got ppl who eat dirt on the highways because the CBR is slow ?????

u just made sure u r a complete noob and a poser who overspeeds on public roads and thinks thats all that motorcycling is about.

  • @roalme00 Correct, the blade has 20 more BHP than the 2011 Ninja between 6000-9000RPM and is three tens of a second slower than the BMW 1000RR in 0-100MPH, Sneer111 is a true noob...

  • awwwwwwsome dude!!

  • excelent video!!, nice cam!!

  • nice cam, nice track, nice bike!

  • what a sound!? very nice cycle!

  • @murderdoll9 very uncomfortable unless you're in a track ;)

  • I've watched this a hundred times, just gold!

  • Wow, nice video. See, video games do help. (jk)

  • cool man !

  • that is some smooth riding

  • whow he's really quick with the revs on gear changes

  • Comment removed

  • @airpd1983 Well I would hope so, he's a world class professional racer.

  • Beautiful.

  • this is a game

  • @pahtwipoe no it isn't.

  • @pahtwipoe lol are you serious? :)

  • the bike looks really steady on highspeed... really nice !

  • how does it look fake? really

  • man, what a top notch rider doncha think

  • I totatly agree! The vid is is very clear and I never seen it in such strange angle. must be almost fish eye?

  • I did a view with this tank view on my race bike and the camera was fish eye. Looks kinda like this.

  • @Johanoeberg yes, it's the same kind of lens that fish eyes are but to a smaller degree. It's a wide angle lens

  • nice m8

  • why does this video make me want to go buy some lucky charms?

  • @redwingryders

    hahahaha, that's good.

  • fit circut fit bike :D

  • my god this looks sooooooooooo stable!!

  • Thanks heaps for the video. nice review.

  • omg he's a vERY GOOD DRIVER @PRO and the motorbike same

  • he's talking like you're sitting next to him in the family room watching TV. So calm.

  • Rea is a great rider without dubs. Next year I bet hes going to fight for the real 1st position

  • 2008 CBR thou - the best superbike by far. It actually made me a better rider on the track.

  • nice!

  • he makes it look so easy and hes so smooth in control. last time i was out on my bike the throttle cables snapped :'(

  • thats wut happened to me. before. but i wasnt on the track.

  • i was on a country road and was stuck for like 3 hours, sucks huh?

  • cables usually break at the end so i woulda taken the end of the cable and wrapped it around the outside of the twist grip and took it easy to get home. With my thumb over the kill switch, just in case ; )

  • thanks for the tip, i knew it had broke straight away but im not in any way a bike mechanic. I went to the garage and cos it has twin cables i got both replaced. so when i got back the guy told me the other one was on the verge of going aswell :P

  • a world class rider, it was Hagas mistake wen Rea and him collided.

  • me encantaria saber que mierda es lo que dice.....igual una expectacular moto

  • its so easy to ride slow is the best thing

  • i dont think i was breathing the whole time i was watching that lol

  • Spine tingling and goose bump inducing - just marvelous

  • That must be really creepy riding that thing

  • That is a seriously badass track. Also a very nice tank cam, which provides a nice angle, and superb quality! The best!

  • it s the go pro camera.... nice bike although according to PROs the R! its faster on tracks ... unless u r a pro cant say other wise so ....

  • honda are pure bliss. i own an 06 1000rr and have no complaints. i actually like 1980's computer style instrument panel

  • I have a message for 10secndzTT and steino12. Why dont u make like a tree and get out of here.

  • sick view

  • yamahas r like a clit everyone has one

  • lmao thats not true.

  • JUST LIKE IBANEZ GUITARS!

  • I see alot more gsxr's around than cbr's, ALOT more. So stop hating comments you sad prick! got nothing better to do!

  • Gixxers are like a clit, every pussy has one!!!

  • omfg, what a pointless comment!!!

it´s like.........cbr´s are like a clit, every pussy has one........^^

  • CBR 1000 RR FIREBLADE my dream

  • the cbr is best than gixxxers. honda rules!!!

  • that's very debatable...

  • This is not to say that I like the CBR. Honda has achieved the leadership, both commercial and technological. the truth is that not everyone loves Honda, something that I respect, but I am realistic. I ask forgiveness to all, I do not want to offend anyone.

  • parece ser q soy el unico argentino q ve estos videos y deja comentarios jaja

igual..............esta muy bueno el video ESTA EN FAVORITOS segui poniendo estos videos tios te va bien conesto

  • i can't stop watching this video.

    XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

  • he doesnt use the clutch when shifting up, isn't that bad for the gears?

  • when you pull the gas hard you dont need the clutch to change up because it takes time in a race, just shut gas change and rip it open, in the right rpm its smooth as butter

  • theres a way which isnt bad for the gears. its not hard to learn. just google for it

  • No it is not. All u need to do is let of the gas and clutchless shift. Only when in high rpms is it ok though, otherwise yes it would fuck up your bike. All racers do this in order to save time. this and quickshifters

  • Very nice driving there. Really smooth and effortless.

Great quality of video as well

  • "glad i played this on playstaion" haha

  • 2:52 - Whoa... That's what I call 'speed' ! - in every way possible...

  • good to watch a real pro ride a bike

  • I play a lot of PS3 too...for some reason I don't get the same results..hmm

  • Comment removed

  • what camera and mount was used for this vid its so smooth and perfect. can see everything!

  • I ride the crap out of mine and I'm no pro and this bike just stays stable and steady for me even when i'm making a mistake great bike tons of power couldn't be happier.

  • i did it in 1:55 on SBK 09 =D

  • is that game any good? i really liked motogp on xbox but on ps3 it is shithouse..and the graphics were shit on sbk08

  • What a speed 2:59

  • That thing took off like a rocket on the straight!

  • I want to learn superbike racing, but i dont have a bike, coz it's expensive.

  • haha listen to how he pronounces "smooth" less than a minute in

  • He's Irish you nutter

  • "ssssssmooth" LOL.

Somehow it reminds me of that old men from austin powers. That one with the gold thing... Anyway... lol

  • "The manoeverability of the bike is....flawless" classic quote from a classic youtube video!!

    Cheers!

  • lol glad i played this course on the playstation!!! awesome!!!

  • I am going to second that, WOW what an awsome ride! i would say the best camera mount i have seen to date!

also i cant wait for my cbr1000rr, that thing sounds and looks like a jet!

  • WOW!!!! What an AWESOME RIDE!!!

  • big tank

  • perfect

  • i have this bike i LLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT

  • very nice bike indeed, a neighbour of mine has one too, i love it

  • beautiful!

  • Cool camera montage

  • i'm sure you can hahaha

  • "i'm sure you can" i dont understand what do you mean???

  • you say you can ride this bike as well as rossi can.. no? I believe that is almost certainly untrue.

  • well .... exaggerating a little there , but hey this is my first bike ever and i am only 22 years old and there is a lot of gixxers that cant keep up with me it is really a BEAST you have to ride one and see what i mean... i rode 08 gixxer and my 08 BLADE back to back THE GIXXER comparing to the BLADE is like 1000 kilo -gram to 1 kilo-gram... and i can do power wheelies whenever i want it is EPIC ;-)

  • Comment removed

  • 36343438, you are an idiot.

  • Hi, I've the 08 cbr600rr...I want to buy the 09 cbr1000rr...so I hope it's really that newest honda beat the gsx-r 1000!

    HONDA!!

  • Hello dude how r ya?!!! Look ,if u r in the market to buy a new liter bike the Blade is the ultimate bike for the road , it has the highest mid-range and a really strong top end ,,oh i forgot that this bike is the lightest liter bike ever,,,, i hope you can buy this Beast.. ;-)

  • no offence dude because i do love the cbr1000 but they do not have the highest mid range. i dunno how many litre bikes you taken out but if you want strong mid range ride a ZX10 youll shit your pants. ive taken out the zx10 R1 and gixxer and the zx was the scariest fucken thing ever lol. so much fun. but yeah of the 1000's the blade is the slowest and most linear on the power curve.

  • hahahah so yoy are better than everybody on MCN , MOTORCYCLENEWS AND USAMOTORCYCLE ........dude you sound like you are the best rider in the world.

  • and you sound like someone who reads about bikes not rides them champ. your what is know as an arm chair racer.

  • im a honda man through and through i have had 600rr 1000rr sp1 and rode a lot of bikes and for driving on road an everyday person the blade wins in every way but it slightly lacks on track cause of weight and power, gsxr are light but very snappy but unless your racing power curves and mid range is a load of bollox a honda fireblade more than meets peoples expectations 4 hp extra less who cares on the roads just send her on and enjoy your ride and love hondas

  • you said it right there. your a commuter. You ride your bike for comfort, not power. Tell a motorcycle enthusiest that "power curves and mid range are a load of bollox" and watch them laugh in your face. You should be riding a cruiser if you want to be comfortable. And for the record "mid range" is what gets you from a to B on the street.

  • ha ha ha you sound like you have no brains im no commuter i never said that i do road racing in ireland you sound like some fuckin yank that plasters your bike in chrome and races the local gobshite in a straight line from traffic light to another one, racing a bike against another needs bends hills etc, midrange aint always the case stability brakes traction handling control and then rider input is from a to b ya fool, wat i said was an every day person the blade wud suit for the road

  • Comment removed

  • ah your a dope yippe read wat i said again power curves and midrange is a load of bollox to the everyday rider on the road see the word "unless"in the text as i said you have no brains i dont even kno why im repling or wasting my time trying to explain do you honestly think someone wud say that power curves and mid range is a load of bollox, even for you thinkin that prooves to me your fool i think your the arm chair racer

  • i'd like to second that.

    36343438 YOU ARE AN IDIOT.

ps i really do have one.

what it doesn't feel though is like theres any difference in the weight dept compared to other litre sportsbikes.

that's what made me realise that you've never sat on one, never mind ridden one.

  • Helllo COCK ..first of all i have CANDY RED one and ... it is make a tons of differences ... you can go to bikepics(dot)com and see my pics you cock ;-)

  • that's the best reply i've read in ages.

    thanks for the laugh.

  • and you are the most childlish user on You Tube EVER ;-) WHY DONT YOU BE LIKE 56yqc AND REPLY IN A GOOD WAY

  • Best reply...Is that a poor attempt at a joke? Or are you just ignorant? Other than saying he had a candy red one and theres pictures on a website all he says is cock twice, very creative.

  • Rossi's never handled this bike... he's restricted to Yamaha's...plus Honda hates him...and he can't borrow Nicky's anymore either

  • This bike doesn´t have noise?! And who got convinced at first sight with the dials? Don´t you prefer the VTRSP2 dials style? I do. And direction triange? Couldn´t it look more serious part? Like Rizoma(£££!!)And big guys look like in litlle kid bikes, ridiculous. JR can look good in Macau, (how don´t ask me)

  • awesome!!

    very smooth and fast.

    i want it.

  • smoothhh ride!

  • This guy makes it look soooo smooth.

  • moto gp races at this track one of my favorite and one of my fastest on moto gp 08.

  • very very very good bike!!!

  • dauriusasimmon yeah mate i got 1 and iam 6'4' so you should fit fine

  • What kinda of camera mount/camera is he using?

  • ok I have a question, pretty noob question.

How come he doesnt use the clutch to shift up gears only down the gears?

  • bcoz u dont have 2 use the clutch 2 gear up, its alot easier 2 change gears at high speeds without using the clutch.. that way u can hold on2 the grips around a corner when u wanna gear up thru a corner

  • Doesent that break the clutch??

  • no because your not using the clutch!

  • That bike looks tiny I'm 6'3" I wonder if I'd fit?

    any tall guys have one?

  • I'm 6'7" and I have one. It is a bit tight sometimes, but it's only a problem after about 100 miles or so. Some new rearsets would help. You have to remember, you're talking about a 1000 that's smaller than the other company's 600's!

  • Thanks honcho44, good to know, I'm off to the Honda Dealer right now! :)

  • I love this bike but I still pref. my 954.

  • what do you all say for frist time buyer?? well i've riden 95 yzfr600 years ago.. haven't riden since then. i understand how to ride, and can control speed limit..

to me this bike is really stable and i'm not planning on speeding anytime soon.

  • Unbelievable how calm the handlebars remain all the time...

  • I got one. I love it too.

  • very smooth riding i also enjoy this motorcycle in fact i just the red black version last week

  • Stupenda inquadratura magnifica la si doverebbe avere anche nelle gare superbike e motogp

  • ke voglia di guidarla!!! mi vengono le lacrime agli occhi
