Chile is a very structured country, with a very organized government, Chile will rebuilt, just like they did in 1960 with an earthquake magnitude 9.5, They rebuilt with no help. Oficials already realeased a statement saying that they dont' need any help as of yet, they have all the things they need and are prepared for these type of disasters.
