Arnold, Stallone and many pro athletes became rich & famous from the use of steroids. I had to laugh when Arnold said during his campaign for governor, "If you play by the rules you can achieve anything" Yea, right Arnie. Steroids were not playing by the rules but he got rich & famous from it. I am sure he stepped on a few people on the way up. Its the breakfast of champions. Its all about the money, fame & fortune.

I just wanted to get strong and be fit...this is the epitomy (I hope I spelled that right) of how I feel sometimes working with other trainers. In a word, this is how America feels, 'here's your dreams' and here's your dreams meeting reality *smash*...I have a buddy who weighs 230, 8% bodyfat and who eats 7 times a day...what works for him might not work for me...shit.
