  • I NEVER KNEW HANS DID MUSIC FOR SO MANY GREAT MOVIES!! Did anyone else find this cuz of Inception?

  • This is the most touching, inspiring, and most beautiful master piece to ever be heard, and it always will be to me.

It shows incredible displays of strength, while telling a story just enveloped with emotion. Even if you never saw the movie, this music tells a story of its very own.

This song right here, is the best example of what music really is..

  • i don't want to download the font, i want to download the MUSIC

  • @MrYalabena I am not allowed to share the music file with anyone. Sorry.

  • shit made me cry..soo bootiful

  • i picture heaven when i listen to this song thats how great it is

  • i picture heaven when i listen to this song

  • que bueno el video xD yeu

  • que bueno el video xD

  • shareware on the Fonts , YUCK

  • @tslick57 It's freeware! "Download: Windows TrueType: ringbearer.zip (129 KB | 175,015 downloads)"

Link is in the description! ;)

  • Powerful melody, something that cannot be defined as simple music. No matter how many times I have heard it, it always gets to the corners of my soul.

Thank you very much for posting.

  • great music. I really like listening to this music. We also play this with my orchestra and I love it! It's only a pity it's such an exhausting piece.

  • the second this song ended, i finished my art piece. it was effing epic

  • I listened to this song on my ipod when I was doing a two kilometer steep uphill trek. I forgot about the rest of the group and stormed ahead. I could have sworn it was only 4 minutes and I was up the top of that mountain (or maybe it seemed that way...). This music is inspirational...

  • @AVCMH14 oh yes, you're so right! :-) nice job btw! ;)

  • @Slaaayer92 really i can stop listening to it it is extrema

i totally agree with you listening to it while doing anything you will simply finish it without knowing

  • @AVCMH14 I've done the same.

Just another proof that music can take you anywhere.

  • thpught this sounded like the dark knight

  • I must agree with annakara10. Get a grip.

  • 1:16 to 2:14 best SONG EVER OMFG ^#^%@#%^

  • you guys honestly need to calm down... seriously go take your science vs. religion debate somewhere else... just trying to enjoy the music here like everyone else..

  • don't study books. Listen this music and answers will come! xD

  • the guy who voted this music down should be slapped.

  • @DarthVigroth Thats deep man.. Thats deep.

  • wtf, who is the guy, who voted this music down!!!

  • I didn't like Da Vinci's Code, although it was a good read. As well, the movie adaptation isn't worthy of neither Tom Hanks nor Ron Howard.

    BUT

I simply loved the music. It simply breaks tears. Great ost, Hans! You are great!

  • If the Big Bang was the or(Gas)me of existence. We today the baby of that happening. What makes that our primorial Mom or Dad?

Ow I love the Gnostic Dualism. The Divine Mother and Father. It can be found anywhere Buddism, Hinduism. Which brings us even to the Icelandic Edda. "Assen" and "Wanen". And from there what the Edda truly is. The becoming of Man. (Intelligence, Learning and Wisdom)

  • Dear believers, what kind of sane divine being sends his only son to this depraved culture to be crucified, and then proceeds with his divine plan, giving us hunger, torture, filth, rape, poverty, death and the ice scapades in our everyday life? Even if there was an invisible man in the sky, I think most reasonable believers would admit that he's at least incompetent, and maybe, just maybe, doesn't give a shit. Admit that god doesn't give a fuck about the length of your penis, please...

  • It has so much.... religion in it. OMG. It mekes me shiver. Love ms. Zimmer's songs.

  • Beautiful!

  • Beautiful soundtrack! 10/10

  • This piece reminds me very much of the Last Samurai.

  • Nice song.

I must walk in Paris at night.

  • I did Rome at night ala Angels & Demons. It was pretty good.

  • According to a good source, Hans also wrote "August's Rhapsody" for the film "August Rush"(uncredited). If you know differently, let me know.

  • I wanted to buy the soundtrack, primarily for this song. I still cry sometimes when I watch the movie.

Now I will still buy the OST probably, but I'm so glad I found this. Thank you so much for posting it! :D

  • Only Hans Zimmer could come up with a soundtrack befitting a cinematic masterpiece such as "the Davinci Code", and only God could inspire such greatness in humankind.

  • @PhantineXX1

The only thing truly insignificant here is your juvenile frame of reference, and your atrocious spelling! You don't need God to make you feel useless because you are useless you uneducated, sophomoric, ptomaine reprobate. Now go and wallow in the filth and feces that is your life, pedophile.

  • Either you've gone to college for English or you used Google to spell check most of those words, either way I applaud you. However I don't quite understand "ptomaine reprobate", are you to say he's a poisonous scoundrel? Also I don't understand why you called him a pedophile. Pervert is a more appropriate name because it's more flexible. Pedophile only means "attracted to children", still your paragraph was worth reading. Points.

  • @AsmodeousArcade

Thank you, sir. However, I think I may have over reacted a bit. Still, the reply I received from that individual was very rude and inappropriate. Not only was he blasphemous, but he was very disrespectful of another person's beliefs, namely mine. I've always been taught that the term "ptomaine" is a general one that refers to any bacteria forming in decaying flesh. However, I could be wrong, and your're right pervert would be more applicable. Thank you for your comment.

  • you are such a freak and acctually im not uneducated and secondly im not useless as i am part of the air training corps which is a very highly praised organisation unlike the army cadets, anyway i am going into the RAF as an officer and you have to be well educated to be an officer. so about jesus i dont know why pictures of him are white because he would have a middle eastern coloured skin and he was called brian so go away you bloody church fanatic.

  • @PhantineXX1

You can tout your "education" all you want. That still doesn't change the fact that your have an uneducated frame of reference to claim that Christianity is a mass tool of oppression. Such is not the case. Don't expect to impose YOUR paradigms on the world just because you have something against God because at some point in your life you didn't get what you feel you're entitled to.

  • @piousone

i do have something against this thing or person called 'god' because there is nothing of the sort go read some science books and they will teach all the thing to know

religion can teach you nothing. i dont know why suck a civilised society such as our own still follow such pagan belief

  • @PhantineXX1

If you're so sure that there is no God, why do you constantly seek proof of your belief? If you're convictions and certitude are so strong, you would simply say there is no God, and the believe it as an empircal truth. The fact of the matter is that you, like all atheists, are trying to convince yourselves of this belief. Period.

  • dear piousone

i am glad you admitted to overreacting. i understand why you did.... and your retraction shows you to be a bigger person than your first comment would indicate. the word "paedophile" should never be used as a general insult.... it is a very specific offence against innocence. i hope that you will agree.

    good wishes to you, respect

    robbiew8n

  • Yes!!! Now that is what I'm talking about Hans!!!!!!!!

  • what are the instruments being played in this song besides violin, cello, people singing, french horn, and trumpet.??

  • It's a full philharmonic orchestra. The first notes are chimes, with cellos and contra bass. The French horn does solo, but the baritones and trombones do the brass harmony. Tuba unisons with the contabass and bassoon. An octave set of tympany are special, here. The work has some of it's parts looped and over-dubbed, and specially mixed-down. Check the Prague Phil perf to clarify the parts. It took me a while to figure this piece out. It is an orgasm represented in music. Hans is a genius.

  • at about 1:05 you can here some flutes, some trumpet at 2:00, french horns at 2:15 (ish) and then it's just pure awesomeness from then on. :-)

  • Han Zimmer is a genius. His music does so much it almost redeems every film he scores.

  • Wonderful piece of music!

  • what a film, what a song!!!!!

  • The only thing redeemable from this horrendous film was the genius of Hans Zimmer.

  • Like transfomers 2? LOL

  • And perhaps the art direction.

  • @barcode9588

why is such an horrendous film it was an absolutely amazing film

is it because you have to think about the film a bit or is it because it reveals how controlling catholics are?

  • this song is awesome in the part when Langdon is trying to find out the code

  • Make all the movies and propaganda you want Vatican. Being Evil to the core doesnt hide that fact. its like a "smell", or a sixth sense. knowing what you really are about. Burn in Hell so say God Almighty.

  • @ Gizziiusa: Yet did not god also state that Jesus died to forgive our sins? So if he did and our sins are forgiven how can sin exist in the first place if our plate was washed clean? Anyway, I mean just because people have theories of what happened doesn't make them evil. The Book was Amazing, the Film was amazing. Now stop commenting on videos like this telling people to burn in hell. If that's true then leave god to sort 'em out, its not your problem. This song is so amazing stop spoiling it.

  • @Gizziius

Firstly god does not exist so nothing is going to smite me down and secondly if you tell me to burn in hell because of this coment well no can do im afraid because there isnt a hell there is just the earths crust, mantle and core so, go think about it

  • @PhantineXX1 I'll think briefly about how much of a retard you are. I make a comment about the Vatican, and you reply with this horseshit. As for God not existing, opinions are like you-know-what, everyone has one. Loser

  • AjA

  • it never fails to draw tears whenever I hear this piece with the finding of the tomb

  • astonishing... absolutely fantastic...

  • I love this music! The ending always gets me b/c when he finally basically finds her I couldn't believe it was right where he started.

  • I cant say I've ever been moved by a piece of music before, but this really did it for me. I want this played at my funeral which coincidentally also involves loading my corpse into a naval artillery gun and being blasted out to sea as a fine mist at 40 times the speed of sound. Listen to the music and imagine that final ride!

  • lay off the crack :)

  • powerful stuff.

  • Hans Zimmer I think will be remembered as a great composer. This is the stuff of legend.

  • robbie got it right on the nose those are the words of a true scholar its amazing how the simple notes on a sheet of music can touch ones soul

  • Holy S@#%*$%t ! That Master Piece is so inspiring. I still remembered the magical moment I had when I took the biochemistry final exam. There were a couple of questions I did not know how to answer, and suddenly the melody of that Master Piece came to me. I began to think and write. It sounds a little creepy, but I got the answer perferly correct on those question. Hans Zimmer is the best of the best.

  • @120elcerrito

youre right. he wrote so many of my favorited songs (black hawk down theme 1st)

    i like him :)

  • this music helps us touch the truth within us. this truth is not in any book or testament that is written by man nor can it be edited by man without losing it's true essence.

whatever music you chose, let it enter your soul and nurtured it. go beyond your mind, go beyond your heart. let your soul connect you with the universal truth. it cannot be captured by words or descriptions.

    good wishes fellow travelers.

    robbiew8n

    xx

  • @robbiew8n

what the hell have you been smoking?!

  • phantinexx1

i truly regret that i used words which you failed to understand. my intention was to share my experiencing of this music, unconnected with anything, other than the spirituality which lies within us all. how we each interpret that spirituality is less important in this context, rather more important is the concept that we are all climbing the same mountain, we just go by different paths. those of us who can, offer a helping hand to others along the way.

    respect

    robbie

  • @robbiew8n I added that to my favourite quotations list. Well phrased sir, you are now immortalized on my Facebook page and in my mind.

  • @MythOfEchelon thank you for the generosity of your reply. i tried to write to you directly but you have enabled friend block. good wishes robbie x

  • @robbiew8n Oh, I was unaware I had enabled friend block :S

Or did you mean on Facebook?

And it's no problem. You deserved the praise :)

It is a truly indescribable score

  • @MythOfEchelon you have enabled friend lock on here - youtube. i tried to send you the link to another piece of music, so that you could give your opinion - but couldn;t. you have locked me out! aw :-)

  • Awesomliness

  • hans zimmer is a good good clasical muswic productor

  • They should have used this track for the ending of Angels & Demons. But whatever it works anyways.

  • I get crazy goosebumps when I hear this while watching the last scene in the movie. Amazing. Hans Zimmer ftw

  • so do i, i get goosebumps when i watch the ending. the film is just so amazing.

  • Stunning.

  • What kind of Font is that?

  • It's true... Hans Zimmer know the "job" but i'm not cry whit this. That is kind of weird... Angels and demons?? It's a regular film whit a amazing score!

But the score of the last samurai it's the shit, man!

  • I can always tell Hans Zimmers music in movies, its very moving. Thank you for this video, love it.

  • Hans Zimmer is a modern day Leonardo Da Vinci for music!

Beautifully written piece, exquisite melody, spine tingling, uplifting and epic.

Hats off to this musical genius.

    Many thanks for the upload

  • exquisite melody, spine tingling, uplifting and epic.

I couldn't have said it better. It's genius.

  • how the hell do people do this its like art

  • Makes me cry every time I listen. It's just plain amazing, pure beauty.

  • Not zeh Wagner!

    I feel like I'm being invaded ; )

  • shivers. I love this piece so bloody much!

  • freakin amazing.

    that is all.

  • this is the bueatyfulest(or so) music that i know

  • Hans Zimmer, again your music is reaching and touching my heart and soul !!!!!!!!!

  • The angels and demons version was sometimes a bit whiney with the violin but overall better because it sounds a bit less hollywood-like.;)

  • beautiful piece of work....

  • As a point of interest, Joshua Bell's violin, a Stradivarius from 1713, is known as the "Gibson ex-Huberman", which he purchased for just under $4 million. Google it for additional information. Nice to know that it now has been recorded playing such a beautiful piece by Hans Zimmer. Peace :-)

  • Thank you for your edifying knowledge. Peace to you as well, my friend. Bravo.

  • This piece is reprised many times in "Angels and Demons", with Joshua Bell performing the violin solos. "Chevalier de Sangreal' (Knights of the Royal Blood) is a reference to Langdon's character, as he is a true modern equivalent of the Knights (see also his blood in the sink after he cuts himself in the last scene of "DaVinci'---the blood forms a sword as it drips), and, hence , it had also become "his"

song. Beautiful work of art, Hans. Peace:-)

  • I Just saw Angels and Demons, a great movie.

And i love this song...for some reason, my heart ached when this was played at the end of Da Vinci Code when he realised where she was. A terrific piece.

  • I am a bit late replying to you, but I agree, I cry every time I see the end of Da Vinci Code. I am reading Angels and Demons now and cant wait to see the movie.

  • the movie sticks better to the book then the da vinci code. this music is theme for angels and demons.

  • Simplemente Genial!!

  • So inspiring. Another reason why Mr. Zimmer is my favourite score composer.

  • Amazing! Thanks so much for posting this.

  • Yeah, same here :) The first thing I did at home was looking for this song..

    Great..

  • I just came back from cinema (Illuminati),... and in the first scene I recognized the theme from "The Da Vinci Code", GREAT... :-)

  • In the last scene too....

  • this is a masterpiece by Hans Zimmer, perfectly suited to the movie and the plot and of course with Tom Hanks on the screen

  • Love. It.

  • Thats a powerful song...

  • Beautiful!

  • I hope the Master H.Zimmer make beautiful sound like that on ANGELS AND DEAMONS

  • I'm glad I sat though the entire sucky film just to hear this mastepiece at the end!

  • agreed :D lol. Hopefully ANgels and Demons doesnt disappoint me! anyone know if hans zimmer is gna make the OST for that too?

  • i read both books...

    A & D is in my 10 list

and i hated the DV C (not b/c of religion just saying)

  • This song is going to be the backbone of the entire soundtrack of Angels and Demons. If you go to the movies website you can watch a video on the music, this song was supposed to lead into the next movie and its what the entire soundtrack is going to be based upon.

  • I hear that. This movie was a waste until this scene.

  • hans zimmer kicks ass

  • Hans Zimmer is a god 5/5

  • I co-sign that!

  • This song is awsome...a true master piece...

  • this is a masterpiece well done Mr zimmer wel done best piece like ever!!!! in my opinien

  • hans zimmer, u r a LEGEND, LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND,LEGEND

  • Clint mansell too. sry, had to say that based on my personal opinion...

(even though his music is useally sad...)

  • Man! Why i always want to cry listening to this??

  • Because this is a Masterpiece. =)

  • I totally agree with you. His music is always good if you want that chill down the spine and to me is the best, but people like James Horner have that sense of feeling in their music that some prefer.

  • helps me go to sleep at night...

it feels like my hearts gonna jumps out of my chest esp around 3:17

    idk if its just me...

  • I listen to this song almost everyday. Simply incredible- Hans Zimmer is like a modern day Dvorak or Vivaldi.

  • this so is so epically beautiful. brings tears to my eyes.

  • You're right, this is also my life's theme! ;)

  • omg thats such a good idea im gonna start a list of life theme songs =D

  • my friend passed away a few months ago and at his funeral he didn't want anyone going up and speaking about how a great person he was & blah blah blah...

What he wanted and got was that this be played during the funeral... So many walked out after the funeral saying that they had never been so uplifted during a funeral.... well for those who knew Danny, that's how he was...

Thanks Slaaayer92, you brought tears but also great memories...

  • Sorry to hear this! I'm really sorry. How old was your friend? :(

  • That's a very uplifing story you shared. Thank you for sharing, and my condolences on the loss of your friend. I'm sure he rests well knowing that he had good friends such as you.

  • I am sorry to hear about your friend... but remember that a truly inspirational piece of music expresses more than a 5 page speech

    May He Rest In Peace

  • i love thissong

  • Beautiful doesnt even touch the emotion and grace this musical score has. Hans Zimmer truly is a legend. Chees for putting this up mate.

  • yes

  • One of the best Songs from Hans Zimmer. Thank you very much for the Upload !!!
