How To Cook Scrambled Eggs

Thanks for showing how to make this. I always wanted to know how to cook scrambled eggs from powdered egg. This is really useful for camping trips.

@mblabezza EW is right. Still working on getting powdered eggs above a 5 out of 10. You can find it a bulk food stores.

If you follow the directions you won't want to eat what you've just made...

If you follow the typical directions which are "add water and cook in a greased pan." you won't want to eat what you've just made. We think our recipe is much better.

Yes, but I would say for me it is too much effort with the style of hiking I do ;-) I am a rise in the dark and get hiking type.

Thanks for the comment. If you try powdered egg, try cooking it by the directions first. Then compare with our method. Enjoy!
