This is from the Pebble and the Penguin animated film that Barry worked on the musical score with Don Bluth on and wrote quite a few songs. The film is a bit cute but it was intended for children. The music is pure Barry though!!

Ahh yes, it's where I first heard the song as a little kid

This is not a Disney song. This song was the main song for a Don Bluth movie, the Pebble and the Penguin. He used to work for Disney, but started his own animation company.
