Phew, I thought these would became more scarce, as in Finalnd some modern crossings like Spede have electronical bells, rather LME-styled bells, but where did you get the information? eBay, perhaps?
This bell was given to me by a fellow railfan, and he said that he got this bell from somewhere around city of Turku, but he was not sure about this - that's just what he recalled when I asked for some background information about this bell.
He got it from a level crossing which was just being removed from service. Right now the bell is in storage, and there are few rusted screws that need to be replaced at some point.
Sähän voisit tehä tosta herätyskellon itelles ajastin vaa pistorasiaan ja kello valmiiksi soimaan niin sitten aamulla kuulis ping ping ping :D sopis hyvin sulle kun olet junista kiinostunut ja kuvaat ja teet hyviä junavideoita.

LiveSteamer, I have couple of questions:
1. How did you get that bell in your own room?
2. It's even legal to own such thing in your room for own purposes?
kurvjuh 3 years ago
You can get these legally from Sweden. ;)
LiveSteamer 3 years ago
Legally from Sweden?
Well, it's useful, but where I can find that L.M. Ericsson company anyway, if I visit sweden somewhere in future?
kurvjuh 3 years ago
LME makes them no longer.
JoniONe 3 years ago

Oh, man!
