@allmykidsmum they can stand on 'damaging' floors, the 3rd wheel has spikes between the cross (the yellow one can not stand on the spikes, only on the cross) the skulls support the structure so they don't die :)

Hey if anyone is curious, I figured out how to get the 22nd goo ball. You attach the green goo to the structure so the pipe is sucking it, then attach the yellow to the lower left ground... that makes the structure rotate and you can detach the green, and the rotated structure will allow the green to get sucked up.

But that's not OCD. OCD is nine moves, which just means you only use one skull. Specifically the 2nd one placed in this vid.
