not to mention looks like a good sync, you and mesmer share same cape, other two also share same cape, although different from yours, possible ally... 4 way sync alone *SHOULD* get you some wins

staff is 40/20/20, armor is the usual survivor 1+1/1/1.

1+1 healing on your head piece, +1 protection, +1 divine, 40% chance cast time, 20% chance recharge time, 20% enchant

watch Gvgs and try to look how high ranked monks acts in different situations also check pvx wiki for good builds and equips.

the build im using i made by myself but follow the very same basics.
