Thank you for your reply. That was the first time I'd sent a comment to you tube or anything else for that matter. I found your enthusiasm was infectious and i just had to try and get back into my guitar after so long.
I forgot though: My left hand finger tips are now as soft as custard and my right hand is not very flexible, still I'll persevere. It like beginning all over again, only i know I could play once. Still it'll give me something to concentrate on. Best Regards
After a long illness of eight years I picked up my guitar yesterday only to find I'd forgotten just about everything I knew. Then as if by serendipity I came across your web page.
Great, really great, I'm sure that with perseverence and your helpful and informative lessons I'll soon be pickin' again.
So thank you for your keenness, your love of the instrument and the music just shines through. Keep on strummin'.
Oh God! What a nice comment. Great to hear from you and glad you like some of the music and my ideas about teaching. Please keep in touch and I'll try to continue helping you get into it again.
Wow!... John, I used to go watch you play in Perth in the early 80's... as I recall with sometimes with Bertrand Leilani ((hope I spelt it right) on drums???
Great to see you on here, I checked out our website! All the best!
Mr. H... I had to pause your video at 1:58 because you opened a new door for me and blew my mind. Hahaha. Thank you. I'm gonna play around with 'tha boogie'.
Great lesson, really love the boogie. Question: When you really get rolling along with this, do you lightly play the bass string, in this case A, on the beat? 1 2 3 4
I walked into the studio today and every bare wall was covered to dampen the acoustics. Hopefully the next session will be better acoustically. Thanks
This man is awesome..
I love his presentation and his playing.
