  • tht is too IDEAL. No offense to your teaching skills whatsoever... I cannot judge you but mostly during a post it is more effective to face them from outside mid range or perimeter and bea them to the post and force the defense to adjust .. with... your your allowing the defense to much time to think... but your a coach and your getting paid so.. who am i to comment..just a suggestion... Hope you guys win your season :D
