Im pritice judo, and y like sambo, but I think judo is more technical, cause sambo throws are a deformation of it, useing to much energy.

I m 1 dan of karate too thats why i like sambo for the punch technic.

and I agree BBJ can´t do anything to take you to the ground, that why judo is the mother of all this modern arts.

Sambo is a fake martial art, you ever watch an Akido fight, it is real and much more intense. I mean how many Sambo guys do you see in movies? That is right none, but look at Akido, I am sure that all of you know who Steven Segal is. He is also one of the only men that Dana White is too afraid of signing to the UFC because he is too afraid of his fighters looking bad or even Segal accidentaly killing one of them.

Guys, UFC is a sport, MMA is a sport... their are rules that restrict their skills... Steven seagal is a certificied Aikido-Jujitsu BlackBelt (he's between dan 3 and 8), check his wiki or imdb profile. Organized fight restrict the use of certain techniques deal with it, its no street fight... but i agree we havent seen seagal in a long time!
