Over time, some place names stuck, others changed into what the natives actually said, and some got parodied by settlers, swapping for English words that sounded similar. Ok, Disney didn't go for realism here, but placenames like that do actually happen.

Why were (around) the first ten episodes made out of order. Drakken was in episode 1 but episode 4 is when Kim first met Drakken. Episode 9 is when Ron became the Mad Dog but in this episode he is the Mad Dog, plus Tara mentioned the tick infested Chimp but that was from another episode too.
